The Three Doshas
The Tridoshas (or three Doshas) are the three energies that govern all the functions of all living beings. All beings have a unique combination of the three energies, which is determined at the time of conception and stays constant throughout life. This energetic profile is known as Prakrti (natural state of being). An imbalance to your Prakrti results in disease(s).
Composed of Space and Air, Vata governs all movement in the mind and body. When balanced, it fuels creativity and vitality.
